Questions
Can it attach to my house?
Often. It depends on the existing roof and fascia, which we check on site.
Do I need approval?
It depends on size, height and how close it sits to the boundary. If it does, it goes in the quote.
How long does it take?
It depends on size, roof type and approvals. Your quote sets out the timeframe.
Can you add lights and a fan?
A licensed electrician does the wiring. We frame it so the cabling runs neatly.
Planning a pergola?
Send the rough size, where it goes and whether you want it open or roofed.
